about

I've been skiing once in my life and two things stayed with me. Firstly, how much of a twat everyone is at the bottom of the mountain or whatever, racing to get on the lift. It's as if any shred of human decency goes out the window and people will do anything to ensure they get on the fucking lift before you do. And secondly, by the time you get on the lift, and the slow journey skyward has given you chance to calm down, how much fun it actually is to race back down to the bottom and do it all again. So that's basically what this one's about.

I had the opening line running round my head all the way home from the trip and I just finished it off in about 45 minutes in the afternoon after I'd got home.
